The Users and Teams tab allows administrators to manage Sleuth users and the teams they belong to.
Sleuth automatically identifies "contributors" based on activity it sees in your connected version control and issue management systems, but anyone who plans to use Sleuth must be invited as a Sleuth users.
To invite users, click Invite users in Sleuth's left-hand navigation pane.
