3. How to create a Survey

Prerequisites:

• You have a Sleuth user account.

• You've created your own personal Teamspace in 1. How to create a Teamspace.

• You Sleuth administrator has enabled the Slack integration for Sleuth

To create a new Survey, complete the following steps:

1. Sign in to Sleuth.

2. Select your personal Teamspace (created in the prior tutorial) from Sleuth's left-hand navigation pane. The Teamspace displays with the Reviews tab is in focus.

   

3. From the left-hand navigation pane, click the Surveys tab under your Teamspace, then click New survey.

   

4. Click any Survey template to create a new draft Survey.

   

5. Sleuth displays the new draft Survey.
