# Authentication

The **Authentication** tab is where administrators can control domain-based signups and manage what kinds of authentication your team can use to sign into Sleuth.

## Domain Based Sign ups

To allow any user that signs up with your organizations email domain to automatically join your Organization set the email domain to your Organization's domain and click save.

{% hint style="info" %}
You can only set the domain to the email domain you've signed up with and confirmed. Signing up via a third party provider automatically confirms your email. If you've signed up with an email address to Sleuth you will find a confirmation link in your email.
{% endhint %}

## Allowed login methods

You may constrain the login methods allowed for your Organization to any/all of the methods Sleuth supports. Uncheck any methods you don't want to allow and click Save.

## SAML Authentication

Enterprise customers can use SAML 2.0 to log in with your Identity Provider of choice. See [setup instructions](/sleuth-dora/settings/organization/signup/saml.md) for more information.

# Agent Instructions: Querying This Documentation

If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter:

```
GET https://help.sleuth.io/sleuth-dora/settings/organization/signup.md?ask=<question>
```

The question should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
